  • Frishman Falafel & Sabich. Eggplant, tehina and egg in a pita. Simply great. 44 Frishman st.

  • Tamara Yoghurt. Yohurt with unlimited amounts of toppings. 96 Ben Yehuda st. 

  • Cafe Xoho. American, Coffee Shop, Vegetarian, Bagels. 17 Gordon st.

  • Cafe Mersand. One of the oldest coffe shops in Tel-Aviv. 70 Ben Yehuda st.

  • Ha'pizza. Both the pizzas and salads are amazing. 51 Bugrashov st.

  • Cafe Mazada. A bit of a tourist trap but great food and view over the Mediterranian. 83 Ha-Yarkon st. 

  • Suzana. Mediterranean style menu. Choose the outdoor seating area under the tree. Romantic! 9 Shabazi street

  • Vicky Christina. Spanish style tapas bar in the renovated trainstation in Yafo. Good vibes and great food. 2 Prof. Yehezkel Kaufmann st.

* Tipping: While you can pay your bill with a credit card in most restaurants and bars, the tip is most often left in cash. In order to leave tip on the card, ask the waiter to charge it when they take your card to charge for the bill.

The costmary tip rate in restaurants and bars is 10%-15%. To clarify, in Israel, you must leave a tip, this is the waiters salary that isn't included in the bill (unless otherwise noted).
